Le Salon changes with you throughout the day not only in menu choices but also in ambience and feel. Along with gourmet breakfast and lunch dishes, traditional afternoon tea awaits featuring sweet and savoury delights, while evenings mean a time to enjoy signature Hotel Muse cocktails, outstanding martinis, classic or bespoke modern cocktails and many wines by the glass. Le Salon is where you’ll find your thoughts roaming to all manner of indulgences past, present and no doubt those to come.
